550 Type Sintering Furnace

The 550-type sintering furnace is a bell-jar sintering furnace, consisting of components such as a furnace frame, heating furnace cover, cooling cover, crucible, pressurization system, atmosphere protection assembly, and control section. The sintering temperature can reach 1000 degrees, and hydraulic pressurization is employed.

The sintering furnace is equipped with one hood and three racks, allowing for loading and sintering on the three racks in sequence, with cyclic heating. This not only improves production efficiency but also effectively utilizes the heat from the furnace hood, saving electrical energy.
