He has also organized meetings between the production department and the quality department, where corresponding regulations and requirements regarding product quality control were established. Firstly, we must strictly formulate standardized process documents, strictly follow SOPs, and continuously verify and stabilize certain parameters.

Secondly, we need to implement a 6S management system and strictly adhere to and execute it. The core of 6S lies in six major categories: Seiri (organization), Seiton (rectification), Seiso (cleaning), Seiketsu (cleanliness), Shitsuke (good manners), and Safety. We should strengthen personnel management and training, and under the premise of safe production, enhance production capacity and improve quality.
